Teaches FULL TaekwonDo System & Self-Defense Tactics that are Age Appropriate including some Jiu Jitsu PLUS light to moderate Kickboxing sparring

Classes are enjoyable and provide a complete workout that releases negative emotions such as anxiety, stress, and fear.

Physically, you will enhance: * Strength of Muscle, Joints, Organs, Ligaments, and Tendons * Flexibility in ALL Areas * Coordination * Balance * Speed * Circulatory Efficiency * The Skill of Self Defense: The main ranking system used in this class is TaeKwonDo, but our Self Defense involves a hands on approach which includes ( but not limited to) Contact, Joint Locks, & Falls & Rolls by teaching cross styles such as Judo & Jiu Jitsu to add ground and grappling defense PLUS students who have earned alteast a second stripe on their white belt (& up) can participate in light to Moderate contact Kickboxing & point fighting.
