What IS Body-Flow Fitness? This Class is a 'low impact' hybrid (mixed) class centered on Pilates, with Yoga and some Ballet dance moves plus Tai Chi to help to reduce stress, improve circulation, posture, balance, flexibility, strength, function & health!!
So whether you are just interested in this class as a beginning step towards health & fitness, in need of a new fitness routine, need a mid-week stress reliever, or just interested in the benefits of Pilates & Yoga Come Try this Class Out!!

If you are a MONTLY Fitness Student this Class is INCLUDED in YOUR Program!!
If you are a 6 Week Fitness Student you May attend this Class at an additional $5 (per class you attend!)
If you are interested in JUST the Body Flow Class, you May Sign up for 6weeks for $35!!
