THE FIVE BASIC STANCES
 Cha Ree Yout (Attention) Sheut - Rest Both feet together, hands at sides, don't move!

Chung-Be (Ready) Bar Row - Return to ready - Feet Shoulder width wide, both feet pointed straight ahead fists, at belt level (2 inches from knot) facing each other, arms making a circular shape.

Front Stance Feet Shoulder width wide, front foot (step straight forward with left foot if not told other wise) four foot lengths from back heel, front leg bent, back leg straight, 60% weight on front leg, shoulders facing forward.
 Back Stance Feet at 90 degree angle to each other, front foot (step forward with left foot if not told otherwise)three foot lengths from back heel, both legs bent, 70% of weight on back leg, left shoulder facing forward, hands up guarding face.
 Sitting Stance Feet double shoulder width wide, step with left foot to the side with feet and shoulders facing forward, both legs bent, back straight, 50% weight on each foot.
